"Three days of cold plunges, sound baths, and breathwork scheduled into a PDF itinerary handed to you at check-in. The spa is beautiful. The practitioners are well-meaning. The results last as long as the tan. A wellness retreat that gives you a programme is performing the idea of healing rather than delivering it. The body knows the difference. CORPS covers the work that addresses the root. This is not that."
